Run by Fone and Joe, this is an excellent fitness center where your made to feel at home.
Great couple and great location. Joe an american has just completed building a sauna and a seperate steem room you gotta check it out.

This shopping center has all your needs including western foods. Only 150 metres east of Bedrock Guesthouse. Open 9 to 9Petras Trading Store
What a great store for a complete variety of western foods/wines/spirits/beers that you would normally get home. Petra’s is one of the main trading stores that supplies Koh Samet Island. Located next to the large 7 Eleven.

Located a little distance east of Bedrock, Paul and Joy have a great bar/restaurant also on the beach. Great if you have a motor bike. We will give you directions. Pelle is a Swede and Poo is Thai. They do great swedish food and thai food of courseThere are various seafood restaurants where you can choose live fish/prawns/crabs/shell fish that we can advise you on if you have the need.
